A doctor that I used to work with would cut his fingernails in the office. While I could not see him from my office, I could hear him... clip::clip::clip. Just about every other day. I am thinking it was a nervous habit or something he did out of boredom. In any case, GROSS.
Audrey came home from school today and told me of her morning walk to school. The sun isn't quite all the way up when she goes to school, and this morning, as she was walking, she heard a ::clip::clip::clip:: noise. She looks up to find a neighbor, in his underpants, standing on his front porch, clipping his fingernails.
People, please, nail clipping is not meant to be for the experience of others. It is like any other matter of hygiene that should be done in the privacy of your own home. And, I don't mean your front porch.
I sat next to a dude on an airplane that was clipping his nails. Almost had to move because my skin was crawling so bad.
